to two years' probation for lying to congressional
investigators about a $13,800 payment for the security system
at Oliver North's home in Virginia; in Washington. North, once
on the staff of the National Security Council, enlisted Secord
to help the Reagan Administration secretly ship arms to Iran
and airlift supplies to Nicaraguan rebels.
